Directors Dealings

Pursuant to §48d /4 BörseG / §15a WpHG, any transactions of BDI shares and BDI securities similar to shares, or of derivates relating to these or with a participating company, by any person with management tasks for BDI – BioEnergy International AG (i.e., the members of the Executive Board and the members of the Supervisory Board of BDI – BioEnergy International AG, as well as the Managing Directors of Group Companies of BDI – BioEnergy International AG), and, if applicable, by persons closely related to them, shall within 5 days of the conclusion be reported to FMA respectively BaFin and published by these persons without delay.
