As a specialist in the processing of industrial and municipal waste and residue products, BDI has demonstrated its overall competence, from engineering all the way to plant construction, in numerous international BioGas projects.
All BioGas plants realised by BDI display a high level of process reliability and thus also year-round availability.
BioGas plant Pamukova
- Site: Pamukova, Turkey
- Project term: launch in July 2010, handover after completed commissioning process in October 2011
- Capacity: 1.4 MWel
- Substrates: organic fraction of domestic waste, cattle manure, chicken manure, agricultural waste
- Substrate volume: 55,000 tons per year
- Products: electricity to feed into the public grid, heat for internal use, fertiliser to use on agricultural land
- Scope of services: engineering, project management, plant construction, commissioning, after-sales service
- CO2 reduction: 12,000 tons per year
